For payment by overseas customers, please contact us by e-mail. Payment should be transferred in IDR currency to the account of Maria Fatima Kristanto no. 6640133145 with BCA Bank – ITC Kuningan Branch, Jakarta, INDONESIA.We need a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 8 participants to conduct the tour. We only make reservations when we have at least 6 people who have paid in full. If for any reasons, we cannot proceed with the tour you will be given a full refund.Once booked, we cannot give any refunds. Your tour component is transferable to some body else if you can arrange it.c. Responsibility:Melbourne – The Photographer, and their agents act only in the capacity as agents in all matters pertaining to hotel accommodations, transportation, guides, drivers, restaurants and are not responsible for any loss, damage, theft, or injury to any person resulting from a defect in any vehicle, boat, or the actions of any persons who provide services for this tour or for the action of any third party.Baggage is at the owner’s risk entirely. Melbourne – The Photographer or his agents has the rights to withdraw the tour at any time or decline any person as a member of the tour for any cause at any time. All prices are based on current rates of exchange and every effort will be made to hold them firm but they are subject to change.d. Health:It is the responsibility of each tour participant to inform Melbourne – The Photographer of any possible health problems or handicap upon registration. The tours are conducted in remote areas and members will not have access to medical services during the tour. By forwarding a signed reservation form and payment, you certify that you do not knowingly have any physical or other conditions of disability that would create a risk for you or other trip participants. Once a trip has been confirmed, medical circumstances will not be considered as exceptions to our cancellation policy.We assume no responsibility for the care of or for special dietary requirements. To allow for any unexpected contingencies, all participants are strongly urged to purchase trip cancellation and interruption insurance.e. Itinerary:While Melbourne – The Photographer endeavors to make the itinerary as accurate as possible, it should be considered as an approximate list of activities rather than a rigid schedule of events. Trip itineraries are subject to revision due to weather, ocean or trail conditions, government restrictions and other reasons beyond our control.
